general inquiries: Open Orders will be canceled due to errors during the order process or inaccurate customer information. Prices are shown in US dollars ($) and do not include shipping cost. Shipping will be calculated automatically via “Shopify” based on order volume, weight, and destination at checkout.
Pre-order: Pre-orders are available with at least 5 weeks of fulfillment time. Inventory arrives in 2–3 weeks with distribution beginning 1–2 days after. Shipment confirmation and tracking details will be sent via email, but shipping may take longer due to order volumes. Domestic shipping within the US only. Subscribe to the newsletter for updates on international shipping.
Refund: Unused orders in their original condition, including product tags, packaging, and proof of purchase, can be returned. To initiate a return, email ‘Shop@Aug.Services’ for instructions. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of approval, but processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. Exchanges are not guaranteed and unauthorized or discounted returns will not be accepted.
